A blend of Spanish and Italian strawberries
For this blend, we’ve chosen two varieties from two historic terroirs in Southern Europe. Strawberries have been
grown in Huelva, Spain, since the 1960s, while Basilicata strawberries are popular throughout Italy.
They make an excellent combination.
The soil is sandy and rich in clay, which is ideal for growing Calinda strawberries.

An indulgent, woody strawberry
The two varieties selected for the strawberry purée have a delicious taste with a woody finish.
Strawberries grown with respect for the environment
Antonio is committed to producing environmentally friendly strawberries. To achieve this, he uses a drip system that limits water wastage. And to enhance the soil, plants destroyed at the end of the harvest are shredded and incorporated back into the earth.
